You receive a red-flag report of the most critical clauses and an overall assessment of the contract balance (e.g., 'typical for this transaction type, slightly vendor-friendly'). For simple contracts we include concrete wording suggestions; for complex ones a clear recommendation for next steps. A call with the reviewing counsel to discuss specific points is always available.
A standard high-level review is CHF 650 (excl. VAT). If you need negotiation support or full contract drafting on top, we quote a fixed price for that additional work before we start — no open-ended billing.
For urgent matters we can turn around a full red-flag report within one business day. Standard engagements are typically delivered within two to three business days from receipt of the contract and a short briefing call.
