How we solve your challenges

From first applicability check to full MiCA licence and white paper — the complete compliance journey, in one team.

We analyze whether your crypto project — be it a stablecoin (ART or EMT), utility token, or NFT — falls under MiCA regulations or other EU financial market laws (MiFID II, etc.), so you know exactly where you stand before spending a single euro on implementation.

Our experts guide you on the necessary steps: obtaining a MiCA license, preparing a white paper, or setting up an EU entity. We translate the regulatory text into a clear action plan tailored to your specific token model and business structure.

We review your investor deck, business model, tokenomics, or other documents before the session, then dive deep into MiCA requirements, address regulatory challenges, and define the best legal framework for your project — all in a single, efficient working session.

Post-workshop, you receive a written summary with next steps, timelines, and cost estimates for full compliance. No vague advice — a concrete, prioritised to-do list your team can act on immediately.

Our support does not end with the workshop. We have assisted many clients with the development, launch and implementation of DeFi projects and token sales in Germany and Switzerland. We can assist you in obtaining a MiCA licence, writing a MiCA white paper, and setting up a company.

MiCA FAQ

The questions crypto founders and token issuers ask us most before the workshop.

The Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) is the EU's comprehensive framework for crypto assets and related services. It applies to issuers of crypto assets (utility tokens, asset-referenced tokens, e-money tokens) and crypto-asset service providers (CASPs) operating in or into the EU. Our workshop starts with a precise applicability assessment so you know exactly where you stand.

Before the session we review your investor deck, business model, tokenomics or other documents. We then run a focused 2-hour session diving into MiCA requirements, addressing your regulatory challenges and defining the best legal framework. Within five working days of receiving your documentation you receive both the session and a written action plan with next steps, timelines and cost estimates.

The MiCA Compliance Workshop is priced at CHF 3'800 (excl. VAT). This covers the preparation review, the 2-hour session, and the post-workshop written action plan. No surprise invoices.

Both. We have offices in Zurich, Lausanne, St. Gallen, Berlin and Munich and have assisted clients with token projects and DeFi launches across Switzerland, Germany and the broader EU market. MiCA is an EU regulation, so our advice spans the full geographic scope of where the regulation applies.

Depending on the outcome, we can move directly into implementation — MiCA licence applications, white paper drafting, company set-up, or ongoing compliance support. There is no obligation to continue beyond the workshop, but most clients do.

It is designed for decision-makers at crypto-asset service providers (CASPs), token issuers launching utility tokens, governance tokens, NFTs, ARTs or EMTs, Web3 and DeFi projects navigating EU regulations, and any individual or team seeking clear guidance on MiCA compliance and token classification.
