How we solve your challenges

From understanding the legal landscape to defining the right structure and drafting the documents — a complete remote work framework in one workshop.

We walk you through the fundamentals: the distinction between freelancers and employees, social security contributions and taxation of remote workers, how to safeguard your IP when collaborating internationally, and data privacy questions that arise when your team works abroad.

We explain every structural option available — Swiss-based employment enabling occasional remote, full remote employment, Employer of Record (EoR), freelancer agreements, and incorporating a company abroad — so you can select the model that fits your situation.

We don't stop at theory. After the workshop we provide a specific action plan covering the recommended remote employment options for your key countries and a clear list of required documents and policies — employment agreements, freelancer contracts, remote working policy or work-from-home policy — that need to be drafted or improved.

To maximise the outcome, we prepare the workshop using your actual documents: current employment agreements, freelancer templates, employee handbooks and privacy policies. This ensures the session is fully tailored to your starting point, not a generic overview.

Remote Work Workshop FAQ

The questions companies ask us most before booking the workshop.

The 2-hour session covers the key legal concepts (freelancer vs. employee, taxation, social security, IP ownership, data privacy) and all available structural options (Swiss-based employment, full remote employment, Employer of Record, freelancer agreements, foreign incorporation). It closes with a specific action plan tailored to your company.

Companies based in Switzerland or Germany that want to go fully remote, offer remote-first working, or simply give employees and freelancers the option to work from home or abroad — whether occasional or permanent.

After the free intro call, it typically takes 5–7 business days for us to prepare and conduct the workshop and then deliver your company-specific remote work framework and action plan.

Both options are available. We prepare and deliver the 2-hour session either online via video call or in-person at your offices, depending on your preference.

The action plan covers an overview of recommended remote employment options for your key countries and a clear list of the documents and policies that need to be drafted or improved — including employment agreements, freelancer contracts, remote working policies and work-from-home policies.

The Remote Work Setup Workshop is offered at a flat fee of CHF 1'800 (excl. VAT). The initial intro call is free of charge, even if you decide not to proceed with the workshop.
