What you will be doing
- Advisor to entrepreneurs and high-growth startups As a trusted advisor to founders and decision-makers, you give fast-growing startups and established companies the counsel they need from incorporation through financing rounds to a successful exit.
- Notary You will develop our notary practice, focused exclusively on corporate law matters, with the goal of building Switzerland's most efficient and modern notary office.
- Expert You will deepen your core expertise, in corporate, contracts, litigation or any other field that matters to high-growth companies.
- Leader You will learn to lead projects and manage multi-disciplinary teams, in real engagements rather than in a training programme.
- Business builder You will spot growth opportunities, develop new products and extend our client base through marketing and business development.
What is required
- Experience An excellent academic track record and a comprehensive understanding of legal issues. A strong grasp of corporate topics is an advantage.
- Growth mindset We look for lawyers who see opportunities despite being trained to focus on risks. Strike that balance and keep growing.
- Attention to detail Actionable advice and accurate notarizations go much further than reciting the law. That requires diligence and attention to the minutiae of every case.
- Business sense We advise entrepreneurs and established corporations, so you need a working understanding of how businesses actually operate.
- Team spirit You will work side by side with clients and colleagues. You are humble, positive, open, and curious about what makes people tick.
- IT affinity We are 99% digital and constantly test new tools. Proficiency in MS Office is a must; further IT skills are a plus.
- Fluent German and English Most matters concern the Swiss market, so German fluency is required, alongside English for international clients.

Around that there is room for remote work and workations coordinated with your colleagues, plus offices in Zurich, Lausanne and Berlin and a fully digital work infrastructure. It suits part-time engagement and a return to work after parental leave.
- Training and development Regular training sessions and courses. A legal career is continuous learning, and we pay for it.
