LEXR is a law firm built around the innovation ecosystem: 35+ lawyers across Switzerland, Germany and the US, supporting clients in SaaS, AI, DeepTech and MedTech. We are looking for someone who thinks independently, makes practical decisions and moves matters forward.

What you will do

  • Conduct trademark clearance searches and preliminary assessments.
  • Draft and file trademark applications internationally.
  • Correspond with clients and IP authorities, including the DPMA, IGE, EUIPO, WIPO and national offices.
  • Maintain and manage trademark portfolios.
  • Monitor and manage deadlines for filings, renewals and oppositions.
  • Support oppositions and monitoring work.
  • Improve the internal workflows and processes around trademark management.

What we are looking for

The first four are hard requirements. The rest are good to have.

  • Languages Full proficiency in German and English. French is a strong plus.
  • Detail orientation Organisational skill, and care with dates and records.
  • Ownership Willingness to own your work, your clients and your projects, with the freedom to shape how you deliver.
  • Proactive mindset Curiosity, and the habit of asking before a deadline is close.
  • Good to have Familiarity with national and international trademark systems, prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in IP, a track record of working independently, and the ability to fold AI tools into your workflow.
