Audrey Canova

Audrey is a Senior Associate in the Tech, Contracts & IP team, advising clients in life sciences, HealthTech and MedTech across Switzerland and internationally. She supports founders, startups and established companies from early development to international growth, combining pragmatic legal expertise with strategic guidance across contract negotiation, IP protection and regulatory compliance (including medical-device regulation and digital-health compliance). Her experience at leading Swiss firms, the Federal Office of Justice and an early LegalTech startup gives her first-hand understanding of entrepreneurial challenges. A former competitive athlete, she is also an expert, judge and coach in various accelerator programs.
