Georg Havlik

Georg is Of Counsel at LEXR, focusing on Corporate M&A and Venture Capital in Germany. He advises founders and investors from pre-seed to exit, with deep expertise in financing rounds, venture debt and corporate law. During nearly six years at Taylor Wessing he advised Europe's largest venture-debt funds (Claret Capital, Kreos Capital, Bootstrap Europe, Viola Credit), then spent close to two years as General Partner and CLO at Skyfall, and most recently served as General Counsel of a German stock corporation, leading ISO/IEC 27001 certification.

• Advised on 60+ venture-debt and venture-capital transactions with an aggregate volume of ~EUR 700 million.
