Michèle is a member of the Corporate & VC Transactions team, advising Swiss and international founders, startups and investors at every stage — from incorporation and financing to exit. Before LEXR she built her corporate and commercial law expertise at leading Swiss business law firms and contributed to an Innosuisse-funded robotics research project at the Institute for Law of Innovation and Technology, University of St. Gallen.
