Yaël is a member of the M&A team, advising Swiss and international founders, startups and investors on financing rounds, M&A transactions and corporate matters. She built her expertise in capital markets and corporate/M&A law at a leading Swiss business law firm in Geneva, where she qualified as a Swiss attorney, and earlier worked as an Investment Analyst at a Tel Aviv venture-capital fund.
