The law firm for the tech world
Technology is global, but laws are local. We built the firm around that reality.
We wrote down the goal in 2016
The goal we set
Assembling the legal infrastructure of a global tech company should be as straightforward as assembling its IT infrastructure: standards that work across borders, configurable to the case, supported by people who understand the technology.
The thing we built
LEXR One. Client data, market data, deterministic software and AI where it adds value, hosted on private servers with attorney-client privilege preserved. Every output is driven and reviewed by a lawyer.
What we are, in two claims
Lawyers with one focus: tech.
The criterion for choosing a lawyer has not changed: expertise in your sector. We work in 6 tech sectors and the 5 practice areas that matter in them. Nobody here needs an explanation of an RPC node, a RAG pipeline or ROS.
Powered by our own legal operating system.
Where others plug in generic AI, we built the stack around how our lawyers actually work. Tailor-made documents from battle-tested clause libraries, first draft in hours rather than weeks.
What we promise you
We do not sell you what you do not need
There is an information asymmetry between legal experts and their clients. Expect us to say when a matter does not need the work you asked for.
Advice you can act on
You have more urgent things to do than read a memo. Our lawyers reduce a matter to the steps you have to take, in the order you have to take them.
Prices you can plan around
Only 20% of legal matters stay within their budget range (Gartner). Our narrow focus means we have done each matter type often enough to know what it costs, so we quote flat fees before the work starts.
Free where free is useful
Contract generators, guides, seminars and discovery calls, at no cost and with no account required. Innovation needs a functioning ecosystem, and that is the cheapest way we can contribute to one.
Want to see how this works on your matter? Let's talk
Thirty minutes with the lawyer who would run it. Bring the deal, the product or the regulator.
