LEXR is a law firm for tech companies and investors, founded in 2016 in Switzerland and now 35+ legal experts across Germany, Switzerland and the US. We are looking for a junior commercial and corporate lawyer who wants to shape how law is practised, not just how it is billed.
Your role
- Advise and support You support the German, Swiss and US corporate teams in structuring and negotiating national and international VC financings, M&A deals and other corporate actions for startups, established tech companies and investors.
- Automate and innovate Real innovation in legal comes from combining good lawyers with technology. With our product and tech team you will be at the front of how corporate housekeeping and transactions get rebuilt.
- Collaborate You work closely with the growing German team, the established VC and M&A practices in Switzerland, and the tech team. The teams are integrated across offices and borders.
Who you are
- A qualified commercial lawyer in Germany (Wirtschaftsjurist*in or Anwält*in) with 1-3 years of corporate experience.
- Genuinely interested in tech transactions and the startup and VC ecosystem.
- An excellent communicator, fluent in English and German.
- Able to simplify, standardize and automate complex processes, and keen on legal tech.
