We scope the expected workload together on a free call, then fix a monthly fee in writing before we start. If your needs change — an upcoming financing round, a new jurisdiction — we adjust the scope and fee proactively, not retroactively.
Yes. Your subscription covers the agreed scope. For discrete, scopable projects outside that scope — a full SPA drafting, a regulatory workshop — we quote a fixed add-on price rather than switching to hourly billing.
The subscription works from pre-seed through scale-up.
