Armin Kaiser

Armin is a Partner at LEXR's New York office, advising clients on commercial contracts, corporate law and US legal matters. As part of LEXR's general counsel team he also helps startups and founders with their day-to-day legal issues. Before LEXR he spent more than eight years as a general-practice and litigation attorney at a New York boutique firm and founded and ran his own startup for two years. He combines the perspectives of legal practitioner and entrepreneur to give business-first advice.
