About
Stephan leads the Startup & VC Transactions desk and heads the General Counsel team at LEXR's Berlin office. With extensive experience advising German and international founders, startups and investors on German corporate law, he covers incorporation, mergers and financing rounds. Having served as in-house counsel for several hypergrowth companies, he supports clients with the legal challenges of scaling and product launches.
