With degrees in both law and business administration and experience as an entrepreneur himself, he pairs legal expertise with a hands-on, business-savvy and approachable style.

• Led seed and CLA rounds and managed later-stage rounds with national and international investors.

• Negotiated a joint venture between a Swiss FinTech and an Austrian manufacturer, and an asset sale of a Swiss FinTech.
