About
Thomas leads LEXR's Tech, Contracts & IP team, advising clients on commercial contracts, intellectual property and the legal challenges of cutting-edge tech. He acts as external commercial counsel for various SaaS, AI and DeepTech startups. Before LEXR he gained experience at top law firms in Switzerland and Denmark, making him a trusted advisor for businesses at the technology frontier.

- Provided In-house-Counsel-as-a-Service to Ledgy, overseeing legal growth from 20 to 70+ employees.
- Drafted a memorandum on data scraping for AI training for the Swiss AI Initiative.
- Structured contractual setups for 100+ startups and tech companies.
- Negotiated enterprise contracts from pilot agreements to multi-million-ARR deals.
- Advised on privacy for AI, SaaS, AdTech and MedTech companies, including privacy assessments and data-incident handling.
