Jan is a Junior Associate in the Tech, Contracts & IP team, advising technology companies and startups on contract law and intellectual property, and will also contribute to the FinTech team on regulatory matters. He gained in-house experience at a SaaS scale-up and was active in the legal-tech community via the SLTA Student Chapter Zurich. His Master's thesis compared data-portability rights under Swiss and EU law.
