About
Leo is a Senior Associate in LEXR's Lausanne office and an integral part of the M&A team, advising Swiss and international founders, startups and investors on corporate matters, M&A transactions and startup financing. Before LEXR he built expertise at leading law firms in Lausanne and Geneva, focusing on corporate law and complex, high-stakes transactions.
