Peter is Counsel at LEXR and Fourscore Business Law, CEO of Glyph, and Executive Director of the nonprofit Carolina Lawyers for the Arts & Entertainment (CLÆ). He advises startups, investors, creatives and businesses at all stages on M&A, financing, crowdfunding, IP protection and licensing, commercial transactions, corporate governance and trademark law, and serves as an arbitrator and mediator on several panels.
