Yannick is a Managing Associate working at the intersection of the Financing Round & VC team and the Crypto team. He supports Swiss and international founders, startups and investors across financing transactions and crypto-related corporate deals, including Financing Round/SAFE & SAFT and DAO & DeFi acquisitions. Before LEXR he focused on corporate law, M&A and capital markets at a leading Geneva firm.
